Biography
Angie Bual specialises in creating visual and participative events. She is the artistic director and founder of Trigger, an independent arts charity based in North Somerset. She is the Creative Director of The Hatchling – the world’s first flying puppet in the form of a dragon and PoliNations, a major cultural event celebrating diversity and migration through the UK’s people and plants. Angie recently directed a mass participation performance as the opening ceremony for Manchester International Festival 2023. She is the winner of the Creative Producer Arts Foundation Award. She is on the board for Theatre Royal Plymouth and London Area Council, Arts Council England.
