Biography
Emer Coleman is the Former Deputy Director of UK Government Digital Service and architect of the London DataStore. A candid speaker about what it takes to turn governments on to what it means to be ‘open’, Wired Magazine voted Emer a key ‘digital influencer’ (2011). She has written extensively on issues such as public data, transparency and e-governance and currently divides her time consulting for DSRPTN and developing Placr a start-up powering innovation and change in transport, business strategy.
