Biography
David Tudgey is a community energy practitioner and project development manager with a lifelong passion for climate action & social justice. In 2008, David was instrumental in co-founding, Bristol Energy Network an umbrella organisation for individuals and community groups with an interest in energy and Community Power Solutions Ltd, which supports communities to build and own their own energy projects. Through Community Power Solutions Ltd, David worked with the charity Ambition Lawerence West a resident-driven organisation striving to make everyday life in Bristol’s Lawrence Weston community, even better. This resulted in the award winning, Ambition Community Energy C.I.C, which built England’s largest wind turbine on behalf of the charity.
